Just announced at ADMERICA (AAF’s National Conference) that for the 2020-2021 club year, AAF-Black Hills won not just one, but two prestigious Club Achievement awards. For AAF Division IV the club was awarded first place for Club Operations and first place for Programming. Club Operations Policies, procedures and leadership development that contribute to the operations of a club or federation. Programs Quality programming that fosters actively interested membership, well-attended meetings, and membership growth.
The AAF's Club Achievement Competition recognizes local advertising clubs for their initiatives in advertising education, communications, club operations, diversity and multicultural initiatives, government relations, membership, programs, and public service. The competition was established to honor the significant contributions of the AAF network of professional advertising clubs and to encourage excellence in areas of club operations that contribute to the strength of the AAF's member clubs.
The AAF's member clubs are divided into five divisions based on membership size. Clubs compete within their divisions. These divisions provide for a more equitable competition and an opportunity for any size club to win.
AAF Black Hills was also awarded the American Advertising Awards incentive program winner.
