Right now we are facing an unprecedented workforce shortage in Rapid City and across the nation.  The traditional models of finding workers haven’t worked like normal—which is to say, finding workers in the last few months has been even harder than before.

In an era of 2.6% unemployment, finding (and bringing up to speed) workers is at a premium; we know that maximizing the number of employees from the Rapid City area and surrounding region is paramount to you and your company. Join us for a discussion on ways to engage, capture, retain, and expand the various talent pools across our region.
